Earlier this week, we hosted our first-ever agriculture policy dinner, Farm to Free Market, in Pasco. Congressman Dan Newhouse was our keynote speaker. Guests in attendance heard from the Congressman on what the 115th Congress has planned for agriculture as well as from WPC staff. Madi Clark, our Agriculture Policy Director, updated the crowd on the progress we’ve made just a year after launching the WPC Initiative on Agriculture, and Todd Myers, our Environmental Policy Director, gave a presentation on the Snake River Dams. Thanks to the over 230 people who joined us to make this year’s event such a success, and we look forward to seeing you again next year!
