Meet our keynote speaker: Kofi Douhadji [at left]
Born and raised in Togo, Kofi grew a deep passion for the United States at a very young age through a documentary on JFK, never knowing he’d one day become a citizen of the Land Of The Free.
In Togo, After graduating as a Civil Engineer, Kofi worked for over 8 years as a surveyor for several engineering consulting firms while simultaneously managing his own Civil Engineering company and a successful music career.
As a child, Kofi would alter the used clothes his parents got for him to make them feel personalized. As a Civil Engineering student, he sold used clothes to make ends meet and help pay for college. This laid the foundations for what would become dooko®, a promising and growing US-based sportswear brand.
Kofi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Analysis and Management and a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Executive Coaching. Although Kofi’s journey is still unfolding, he definitely sees life more as a journey than a destination. In his own words “I have learned to value, enjoy and take pride in each step of this journey while I continue to travel my path”
The once civil engineer who became a serial entrepreneur, an author, and an executive coach has one ultimate mission: to serve his country and join efforts with those who strive to preserve America’s foundations, to secure its promises to the current generation and make it great for the coming ones.
