I’m Aaron Rivkin, founder and CEO of Ladder Coffee Roasters, a multimillion-dollar coffee roastery and café business in Spokane, Washington. My journey has been shaped by challenges, resilience, and a profound passion for helping individuals grow and thrive.

In 2017, I founded Ladder Coffee Roasters with a vision to provide more than just exceptional coffee—we strive to build a community where people are inspired to reach their full potential. Our cafés have become spaces where quality and connection come together, fostering an environment of shared growth.

Beyond my work in the coffee industry, I’ve embraced the role of a political entrepreneur, advocating for policies that support individual and community flourishing. Whether it’s championing local businesses or addressing systemic challenges, my goal is to create pathways for people to thrive both personally and professionally.
